Tammy
Scheduling Coordinator
Tammy is the first bright and smiling face you are welcomed with when you come in our office. She will help you get scheduled, answer any insurance questions, talk to you about your 5th grade dance- She makes you feel like you have known her for your whole life. Give her all the essential oils, music and dance lessons, and she'll be happy. She has two daughters Sam and Alex and a cat baby named Stella.
Cheyenne
Clinical Assistant
Cheyenne, who's been with us for 3 years, will be with you during adjustments. Making sure to get your braces on or off. You can see this cool chick riding motorcycles, showing her grand champion dachshund Slinky, eating zucchini and enjoying the sun. But keep the butterflies away from her, she will scream.
Whitney
Marketing Coordinator
Whitney has 10 years in the orthodontic field, and has been working with us almost 6 years! You never know where she will be in the office on any given day. She assists, works upfront, and she may be out and about visiting all of our dental friends. Lover of Mac and cheese, terrified of birds- ask her about it it’s a long story but worth it. She loves spending time with her Husband Andrew, daughter Kennedy and her fur babies!
Barb
Office Manager
Barb came with the building we always say, 27 years of excellent service with us! Barb is the hero behind the scenes. Insurance question? She’s an expert, payment plans? She’s your girl. Questions about contract- BARB. Loves to travel, Give her all the Mexican food and she is a happy camper. Loves her grand babies, she only has a few pictures of them, just take a look at her camera roll, or every computer they are ALWAYS her background.
Tammy
Lead Clinical Assistant
Lead Clinical Assistant- Tammy comes with over 30 years of dental experience working with us almost 10 years! She takes care of all of the clinic needs, orders supplies for the entire office, see’s patients and has the most CALMING demeanor which makes her an AMAZING trainer. She also can make a mean retainer if she needs to. If you ever have any questions, or concerns Tammy will find you the answer! She loves to craft and is pretty amazing at it if you ask us, She loves animals and has 3 fur babies of her own. Reading is her go to.
Kathie
Lab Coordinator
Kathie has over 44 years of orthodontic experience and almost 10 years with us. Superwoman of our lab, Kathie handcrafts every retainer by hand. She doesn’t have a middle name, loves being a granny loves to camp and travel. She is the life of the party and will make you smile, and always gives the best hugs.
Chloe
Clinical Assistant
Chloe has been with us for 3 years, all while attending high school! She started out overseeing sterilization, to getting her hands in there and working chair side! Chloe is the calm to our storm. Give this girl a porch swing, a glass of sweet tea and a historical fiction novel and she is a happy camper. Don’t let her shy demeanor fool you, play anything from 5 Seconds of Summer and she will bust out in song. Okay, that may have been exaggerated a tiny bit. On a serious note, she will be leaving us in the fall to attend The Ohio State University to study speech and hearing science. But don’t worry she will be back! She'll always will be apart of our great team, near or far.

Nya
Clinical Assistant
She's been with us for 2.5 years, Nya will be working with you during all of your appointments and loves a good photo op. She is in charge of our Tik-Tok and gets us to do all the fun things. The best director out there! Nya loves to celebrate our patients every day. Catch her working out, spending time with her family and slingin' tacos at Ponchos on the weekends.
Kylee
Treatment Coordinator
Kylee has been in the orthodontic field for 15 years. You will meet Kylee on your first visit here at Bookwalter and Skulski orthodontics! She will walk you through each step of your orthodontic treatment plan, working hand in hand with our excellent doctors. She will walk you through your personalized treatment plan. Kylee enjoys walking, hiking, spending time with her kids, going to all their sporting events, and living a simple life on the farm with her fiancé Jordan.
Heather
Clinical Assistant
Heather is new to our office, but definitely not new to the orthodontic field. She has over 10 years of experience and will answer any clinical question that you could possibly have. Heather enjoys spending time with her kids, going to sporting events and any family activities. Tacos are Heather’s go to food, and she's a jack of all trades. Her haven is the gym.
